Riverside Greenhouses ships plants nationwide within the United States. Shipping availability, service level, and rates may vary based on destination, order size, and seasonal conditions.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or high order volume, processing may take longer.
Live Plant Shipping Considerations
Plants are living products and may show minor cosmetic stress after transit. We pack orders carefully, but temperature and handling during shipping are outside of our control.
- Weather holds: We may delay shipment during extreme heat/cold to protect plant health.
- Transit stress: Slight leaf yellowing, soil shifting, or minor cosmetic blemishes can occur.
- Unboxing: Open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and water only if needed.
