Returns
Riverside Greenhouses accepts returns for defective products only. Because we work with live plants and perishable goods, all sales are otherwise considered final.
A product may be considered defective if it arrives severely damaged, unhealthy beyond normal transplant or shipping stress, or unusable for its intended purpose.
To be eligible for a return review, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. We do not offer plant-for-plant swaps or substitutions once an order has been fulfilled.
Return Review Process
If a return request is approved, Riverside Greenhouses will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Approved returns may require the product to be held for inspection or safely disposed of according to our guidance. Do not discard products until instructed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Healthy plants
- Plants affected by improper care after pickup or delivery
- Seasonal or clearance items
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
